Initial Contact 

• At the start of the project we will ask you for some information about your event, such as delivery details and filming specifications
• You are welcome to send any accompanying materials and additional information by email to [email protected]
• Payment terms will be discussed and fixed price for the service will be announced
  

Filming Process

• We will arrive on times and dates as discussed
• Filming will begin, we will have a small meal (i.e sandwiches & soft drinks which we will take care of) at a suitable time
• We will respectavely take our leave at time discussed

Editing Process

• After recording we require a 10 day period to deliver your final product

• Video will be exported as a DVD, arrangements can be made for alternate media file types

Photography

• Photography services will be discussed at our initial meet
