· Booking must be paid in full on day of event otherwise Video-shoot / Photography will not commence. Only cash accepted.
· Deposit MUST be paid at least 5 days before event.
· Deposit will only be refunded if cancelled 6 weeks before date of event
· If you have preferable pictures that you would like to use for your DVD cover, please email them to [email protected] along with your
name. We must receive no more than 8 pictures at least 72 hours after day of event (this is because you may have a picture that was
taken at the wedding that you may like to use). If a picture is not provided we will use a picture of our choosing.
· OneFocus UK will take care of any photographs or other materials supplied by you, but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage
caused by circumstances beyond our control.
· After recording we require a 10 day period to deliver your final product.
· OneFocus UK are not accountable for any unforeseen problems that may occur on the way to the venue. Our equipment is regularly
checked, but one Focus UK is not held responsible under any circumstances for any unforeseen losses, omissions or problems, including
emotional dismay, that could occur during filming.
· While all care, skill and diligence is employed during filming it is understood that the event of any unforeseen circumstances could cause
loss of video or recording, liability will be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.
· If filming periods exceed 3 hours we will require arrangements for a meal (i.e sandwiches & soft drinks which we will take care of).
· OneFocusUK archive a master copy of your DVD for future duplication, and cannot be held accountable for any damage to this DVD.
· Final DVD will be copyrighted to OneFocus UK and copying DVD will be breech of copyright.
· We reserve the right to use any video footage filmed to use for our promotional material. You can request in writing to opt out of this.
These terms and conditions of business and the contract between parties shall be construed and applied in accordance with the Law of England and shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
